The Lady Grizzlies faced the DII leading Milford at home on Wednesday. Senior pitcher Kaylee Chouinard had the mound for the Grizzlies striking out 10 in the game to earn her 70th strikeout of the season. Goffstown's offense got going quickly when Senior Aly Lombardi hit a solo home run in the 1st inning, that was later followed by a walk from Senior Megan Purcell. Purcell was then driven home by freshman Shannon Gifford who also hit a home run in the 1st. The Grizzlies would go on to score Lombardi (4-4) in the 3rd inning off of a sac fly to right field from Gifford. In the 4th inning Senior Kate Misiorski along with Chouinard would score off of a double from Lombardi to win the game 6-2.
