JOHN STARK REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL: 1
The Grizzlies earned their 11th victory of the season with a 22 to 1 win over John Stark on Saturday. The Grizzlies offense exploded for 17 hits and earned another 12 walks to earn their 21 runs on the day. Derek Steckowych earned the win tossing 3 strong innings while striking out 5 and Bobby Doherty closed the game out tossing 2 strong innings striking out 3. Steckowych led the Grizzlie offense on the day going 3 for 4 with 2 doubles, 1 single, a hit by pitch, reached on an error, scored 4 runs and knocked in 6 RBI's. Jake Bliven, Ben Dodge, River Pelletier, Brad Baxter, Myles Green, Eli Antoniello, Bobby Doherty, Kyle Dubois and TJ Dutton all reached base at least twice as well in the game. Goffstown will next play host to Windham on Monday, May 22nd at home at 4:00 pm to start their final week of the regular season.
